Toumour is a village and rural commune in Niger.[1] As of 2011, the commune had a total population of 1336 people.[2]

On September 4, 2016, clashes near the village killed at least 30 Boko Haram militants and five Niger Armed Forces soldiers.[3] On March 17, 2020, the Niger Armed Forces said they killed 50 members of Boko Haram in the region.[4]
