Ahmed Shah Pakteen (born 1 January 1977) is a cricket umpire from Afghanistan.[1] He is currently a member of ICC Associates and Affiliates Umpire Panel. Pakteen has stood in matches in the 2015–17 ICC Intercontinental Cup.[2]
