Alfred Pott
The Venerable Alfred Pott (1822–1908[1]) was an English churchman, Archdeacon of Berkshire from 1870 until 1903.
Life
Pott was educated at Eton[2] and Magdalen College, Oxford[3] He was ordained Deacon in 1845 [4] and Priest in 1846.[5]
He was the incumbent at St. Agatha, Brightwell-cum-Sotwell.[6] He was Chairman of the Governors of Abingdon School from 1866 to 1902.
His son Alfred Percivall Pott was also a clergyman.[7]
