Andrei Pavlovich Kudin (Russian: Андрей Павлович Кудин, born March 9, 1963, Dnepropetrovsk, Ukrainian SSR, USSR) is a Soviet and Russian scholar of Chinese studies, writer, musician, songwriter, record producer and publicist, Doctor of Theology.[1] Specialist in the history of religions. Author of books on Bulgarian history, economy of China, the history of architectural art of temple architecture of ancient Russia, and is also the author of a number of monographs on the economic and spiritual development of Asian and European countries.[2][3]

Early years

Graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations of the USSR Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the St. Cyril and Methodius Theological Academy.[4] He worked at the Institute of the Far East of the Russian Academy of Sciences, in various commercial structures, and is now engaged in independent entrepreneurial activity.[5]

Literary activities

Kudin's main literary work is the book "Bulgarian Mysteries" in three volumes.[6][7] The book was originally written in Russian, but was later translated into Bulgarian and English. This publication has aroused interest among Russian and Bulgarian readers, and was awarded the "Golden Eurasian Prize" in the nomination "Ethnographic and Ethnological Studies".[8]

Scientific activity

He works in the field of the history of religions and holds a doctorate in theology.[9] He is the author of numerous publications and monographs on the economic and spiritual development of Asian and European countries.[10]

He also studied the role of Chinese private business as the most important driver of the PRC economy in the 1980s to 2010s.[11]

Also the great work of Kudin A. P. is devoted to the Byzantine influence and Russian traditions in the stone temple architecture of Kiev in the epoch of the formation of Christianity in Russia.[12][13]

Awards

For his special merits in ensuring religious harmony and peace, he was awarded the Grand Golden Cross of the Order of the Orthodox Crusaders of the Holy Sepulchre and the Order of St. Andrew the Apostle. Honored with the title of "Golden Laureate" of the Eurasian Creative Union.
