Arturo Rafael Mina Meza (born 8 October 1990) is an Ecuadorian footballer who plays as a defender for River Plate in the Argentine Primera División.[2][3]

Mina was called up for the 2015 Copa América making the cut for the final 23 this time around.[4] On 15 November 2016, Mina scored his first international goal ever for Ecuador in a 2018 FIFA World Cup Qualification match against Venezuela. Scoring the first goal in a 3-0 victory for Ecuador.[5]
