Attalur is a village in the Guntur district of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh.[1]

Transport

Attalur is connected by road to the district headquarters, Guntur via Amaravathi and Pedakurapadu. The nearest railway station is Sattenapalle.

St.Thomas High School (R.C.M)... for which surrounding villages' pupils come

The St. Thomas Church was built in the late 1930s, is located in the East Bazar.

Transport

Attalur is well connected by road. APS RTC runs buses from Amaravathi, Guntur to here.

Education

The villages plays a major role in education for the rural students in it.The primary and secondary school education is imparted by government, aided and private schools, under the School Education Department of the state.[2] As per the school information report for the academic year 2015–16, the village has more than 436 students enrolled in over 07 schools.[3][4]
