Bánh ướt (Vietnamese: [ɓǎjŋ̟ ʔɨ̌ət], literally "wet cakes"), is a Vietnamese thin pancake wrapper[1] consisting of rice noodle sheets, eaten with nước chấm, fried shallots, and a side of chả lụa (Vietnamese pork sausage).
