For any changes a new consensus would need to be found. Per the KLA (acknowledged by NATO), 7 were killed (citation provided - see "KLA shock at Nato blunder"). Everyone else also only reported 7. Compromise was to add the lone PBS post-war report (67 dead) as a note, since editors agreed this was most like a typo. Tag: Manual revert
