Bomadi is an Ijaw local government area in Delta State, Nigeria.[1] The town lies on the bank of the Forcados River.

It has eleven communities, namely: Ogriagbene, Esama, Akugbene, Bomadi, Kpakiama, Ekamuta-gbene, Azebiri, Ogodobiri, Okoloba and Kalafuo-gbene.
