Formerly disbarred attorneys?

I suspect there may be a need for a subcategory, at some point, for attorneys who were once disbarred but have since been reinstated (e.g., Alger Hiss). Another issue I could see is whether we should place attorneys in this category if they've been disbarred in one jurisdiction but not another, and they actively continue practicing (which I think comes up from time to time with attorneys who practice in federal court). —/Mendaliv/^2¢/_Δ's/ 19:51, 10 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
