There are fictional monarchs in this list like the Kings of Numenor (from the books of Tolkien). Do these need to be removed?

Well no, as it is actually a list of monarchs. I created a special section for Fictional monarchs. --Againme (talk) 04:19, 22 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]
