Merge from Tuning theory[edit]

William Allen Simpson made it a subcategory of tuning and removed the merge tags. My suggestion is that they are the same category, not one as a subcategory of the other. Or at least, that everything in the "tuning" category is also at least partly "tuning theory" and it is not possible to properly distinguish the two categories.
