Renaming

@Bishal Shrestha: would you agree to renaming this from Category:Rural Municipalities in Nepal to Category:Rural municipalities in Nepal? The citations in the article Gaupalika do not appear to treat it as a proper noun requiring capital letters. – Fayenatic London 21:53, 23 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
