The Central District of Sirjan County (Persian: بخش مرکزی شهرستان سیرجان) is in Kerman province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Sirjan.[3]

At the National Census in 2006, its population was 226,073 in 54,895 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 220,144 people in 60,252 households,[5] by which time six rural districts and a city had been separated from the district in the establishment of Balvard,[6] Golestan, and Zeydabad[7] Districts. At the latest census in 2016, the district had 245,203 inhabitants in 71,694 households.[2]
