Central Luzon Link Expressway (CLLEx) is a toll road currently under construction in Central Luzon region that will connect the Subic–Clark–Tarlac Expressway (SCTEx) and Tarlac-Pangasinan-La Union Expressway (TPLEx) to the currently under-construction North Luzon East Expressway in Cabanatuan[1] towards San Jose, Nueva Ecija.[2]

DPWH Secretary Mark Villar led the groundbreaking ceremony on September 22, 2017 in La Paz, Tarlac.[3] The construction is funded by a ₱3.7 billion loan by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA). Its target full completion by the end of January 2020.[4]
