The China Scholarship Council (Chinese: ; pinyin: Guójiā Liúxué Jījīn Guǎnlǐ Wěiyuánhuì, CSC) is the Chinese Ministry of Education's non-profit organization that provides Student financial aid to Chinese citizens and foreigners to study abroad or to study in China, respectively.

CSC also manage the Chinese government award for outstanding self finance students abroad, which is established in 2003, with total of 4914 awardees till 2015.[1]
