Covenant Christian Academy (CCA) is a PreK–12 is a Christian school founded in 1997 by parents interested in giving their children a Classical Christian education based on the medieval model of the trivium.

Mission

The mission of Covenant Christian Academy is to provide students with a classical education that:[citation needed]

  • Imparts an excellent academic foundation and a love for learning
  • Trains them to see and submit to the Lordship of Christ in every sphere of life
  • Prepares them to effectively serve God and thoughtfully engage the world with a distinctly Christian worldview

Languages

Students at CCA study both Latin and Spanish.[citation needed]

Notability

A report about the school has appeared in the press for an allegation of child sexual abuse by a teacher.[1] Secondly the school fired a teacher whose child came out as gay while at the school. The child was indefinitely suspended and not allowed to return to the school.[2][3][4]
