Cuceglio is a comune (municipality) in the Metropolitan City of Turin in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 35 kilometres (22 mi) northeast of Turin.

Cuceglio borders the following municipalities: Scarmagno, Agliè, Vialfrè, Mercenasco, San Giorgio Canavese, and Montalenghe.
