Diyar Al Muharraq Islands (Template:Lang-ar), is an artificial island in the archipelago of Bahrain, with a distance of 10.5 km (6.5 mi) northeast of the capital, Manama, on Bahrain Island.
History
It is named after Muharraq Island, which is located near it. on December 2015 Dragon City was completed [1][2] on January 2016 Eagle hills city was completed [3]
Demography
There are several towns on the islands with lots of facilities.[4] The islands began inhabited on 2015. The current population number is unknown.
Administration
The island belongs to Muharraq Governorate.
Transportation
The island has a causeway connecting it to Muharraq Island, and also has a large Marina.
