Al Mashhad Channel is an Dubai-based news media platform and an independent news broadcaster in the Arab world. It is a privately owned, independent multi-platform news channel founded by journalist and talk show presenter Tony Khalife along with other investors headquartered in Dubai, UAE. It was founded in the year 2022. The platform broadcasts from Dubai, UAE. The channel is envisioned as a media platform for Arabs to convey their voice and express their thoughts and views. The media platform currently hosts political TV shows, social talk shows, and satire TV shows based on Arab culture.[1][2]
History
[edit]Al Mashhad is a digital-first concept launched in 2022 with a platform that merges television and digital broadcasting. The content includes a talk show hosted by Tony Khalife featuring notable personalities and covering issues of Arab and international significance for public across the Mena region and the world. Content broadcast ranges from news, sports, technology and social talk shows to general entertainment, documentaries and satire shows.[3]
