Battle of Dewair or battle of Dewar was fought between the Rajput forces of Mewar led by Maharana Pratap and Amar Singh I, and on the other side Mughal forces led by Shahbaz Khan and Sultan Khan in 1582. However, the Mughal forces surrendered to the Rajput forces after Sultan Khan's death in the battle.
