Darwe (or Darbe) is a village in Darwe Gram Panchayat in Madhupur (community development block) Panchayat Samiti part of Deoghar district Deoghar Zila Parishad. There are total 11 Villages under Darwe Gram Panchayat jurisdiction. Gram Panchayat Madhupur is further divided into 13 Wards. Gram Panchayat Madhupur has total 15 elected members by people. Gram Panchayat Madhupur has total 10 schools.

Santali language is the major Indian language spoken and Khortha language is the regional dialect along with Hindi Language.
