Frontier Senior Living, established in 2000 and formerly known as Frontier Management, LLC[1], is a privately held organization that operates a network of senior living communities across the United States. Frontier Senior Living is headquartered in Dallas, Texas.

Frontier Senior Living was founded by President and CEO Greg Roderick in 2000.[3] Greg is a third-generation family member in the senior living community space,[4] serves as the Chair of the Texas Assisted Living Association,[5] is an Executive Board Member of the American Senior Housing Association and serves as a Board Member of the Florida Senior Living Association[6].
Greg Roderick's career in seniors housing began with his family's legacy and mentorship from industry pioneer Carl Campbell[7]. After starting at Holiday Retirement, Greg advanced through various leadership roles before founding Frontier Management in Portland, Oregon.[8]
In August 2022, Frontier moved its primary headquarters from Portland, Oregon to Dallas, Texas, where the majority of the company's senior living communities were located.[9] In 2023, Frontier Management rebranded as Frontier Senior Living.[10] As of 2024, Frontier Senior Living has a footprint spanning the United States with more than 100 locations and more than 10,000 independent living, assisted living, and memory care apartments[11]. In a 2023 Argentum survey of the 50 largest U.S. seniors housing real estate owners and operators, Frontier Senior Living was the 16th largest operator by number of units.[12] In 2024, Tesis Biosciences[13] partnered with Frontier Senior Living to implement pharmacogenetic testing across its network of facilities.[14] In April 2024, U.S. News & World Report recognized Frontier Senior Living as one 15 companies with the greatest number of communities in the U.S. earning Best Senior Living recognitions[15]
