Alhaji Chief Lukman Kayode Mudashiru was born on July 28, 1969 into the family of Alhaji Iyanda Mudashiru at Pombara Compound, Molete Area, Iwo Local Government Area of Osun State. He is a politician, real estate appraiser, and real estate developer.
Educational Background[edit]
Lukman Kayode attended the Baptist School in Oke-odo Iwo, Osun State, where he received his first school leaving certificate in 1981.
He then studied at the Baptist Grammar School Iwo, State Osun, where he received his high school certificate. < br>
He then moved to the northern region of the country to pursue his undergraduate studies at the Federal Polytechnic Nasarawa, where he studied Asset Management and obtained a National Diploma in 2003.
In pursuit of academic excellence, he continued his studies at Kwara State University ( KWASU), where he obtained a BA (Hons) in Public Administration. He was exempted from the National Youth Corps.

L&K, as it is commonly known, is innovative, diligent, confident, analytical, passionate and honest. Lukman Kayode is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Estate Surveyors and Valuers. Alhaji Lukman is also a member of the Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria.
He has implemented many successful projects as a real estate developer. He came into this industry with a bit of class. Lukman Kayode is a man whose efficiency, knowledge and professionalism have become industry standards.
He is a great example of an extraordinary leader demonstrated with humility. His appearance, effective communication skills and humble personality are a combination of intelligence, professionalism and discipline.
Lukman Kayode Mudashiru is the future of the present, a famous individual in our generation. He can be compared to both a successful librarian, a community builder, an effective team player, a much-needed leader, leader and role model.

He was a wise philanthropist, administrator, leader and politician who devoted himself to the welfare of his people. Due to his great achievements, he was conferred the title of Chief Aare Atunluse of Iwoland by the late Emperor Oluwo of Iwo Oba Ashiru Olatunbosun Tadese.
Due to his charitable nature, it goes even beyond that. his hometown. He was also bestowed with another title as Oluomo Chief of Ilobu bu Olobu land of Ilobu, His Majesty Oba Ashiru Olaniyan Olatoye.
