Individual Neutral Athletes is the name used to represent approved Russian and Belarusian athletes at the 2024 Summer Paralympic, after the International Paralympic Committee (IPC) banned the nations' previous designations due to the Russian invasion of Ukraine in 2022. The IPC country code is AIN, after the French name Athlètes Individuels Neutres.

Individual Neutral Athlete entered one athletes to compete at the Paralympics competition. Elena Savinskaya qualified for Paris 2024, by virtue of finishing within the top six in the Paralympic rankings in women 65 kg class.
