Introduction

Invicta is an English heavy metal band formed in 2022 in Northamptonshire by members Nadim Hassan (lead guitar) and Oliver Szomi (bass). They later on included Dylan Gilbert as a guitarist, Elwood Till as a drummer and Liam Jarvis as a vocalist, all of which are 16 of 2024. The band found early success with initial covers of Iron Maiden songs as well as many jam sessions. Following the creation of the bands full roster they started playing across multiple local events and venues as young and aspiring musicians, including making it to the finals of the 2024 Metal 2 The Masses, ran by the Bloodstock Open Air Festival every year, their biggest success to date.

Their first song published on both Spotify and YouTube is under a world of devastation, a 5:32 song, that is the first of what they surely hope to be many to come.
