Kevin Chesters (born July 16, 1973) is a UK advertising strategist, executive, and author.

Biography

Kevin Chesters was born in Stoke-on-Trent and grew up in Penzance, Cornwall. He attended Penwith College before studying Modern History at Oriel College, Oxford from 1991 to 1994.[1]

Chesters has served as the former Chief Strategy Officer at Wieden+Kennedy London, Ogilvy UK, and as a senior strategist at BT.[2] He later set up his own agency and now works as a freelance strategist and trainer.

Career

Chesters is a regular keynote speaker, including a TEDx talk, and frequently attends the TED conference.[3][4] He also lectures at several universities, including Regent's University London[5] , Falmouth University, and John Cabot University in Rome.

He has been widely published in the advertising industry, contributing to publications such as Campaign, The Drum, and LBB Online. Some of his articles can be found on the following platforms:

Kevin Chesters co-authored the book The Creative Nudge with Mick Mahoney.[3] It is published by Laurence King Publishing and is available in English, Turkish, and Mandarin. The book focuses on using simple behaviour changes to retrain the brain, championing creativity in all forms of business and life.
