Landslide is an American-released drama and thriller film that came out on November 18, 1992.[1] The film centers around a geologist named Robert "Bob" Boyd (played by Anthony Edwards) who finds himself coming to his hometown to survey land. He has no recollection of the past, yet as he is working on his project, his old memories slowly but surely come to him. He goes to Northern Canada to rediscover himself. He uncovers the truth about what happened to him and he finds out that he had a past car accident that almost killed him and took away his name and youth.[2]

Reception

The movie was often regarded as a mockery of the original book of the same title, written by Desmond Bagley.[4] Critics mentioned how they thought the movie was difficult to understand and how the acting and props were less than perfect.[4]
