Draft:Roger V. Gonzalez
Submission declined on 11 April 2024 by Theroadislong (talk). This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.

- Comment: this needs independent sources please. Theroadislong (talk) 18:35, 4 May 2024 (UTC)
- Comment: As this is an autobiography I feel it requires much better sourcing before being accepted. Theroadislong (talk) 18:19, 11 April 2024 (UTC)
- Comment: I missed his two fellowships, which make him notable. However this page needs substantial cleanup. I have done some, but the original editor has to do more. Ldm1954 (talk) 06:32, 11 April 2024 (UTC)
- Comment: With an h-factor of 12 he is not yet close. While his focus area seems to be a little lowly cited, the highest in Google Scholar was 86, such a low h-factors by itself is not enough. There are no indications of major awards to bolster the case. Ldm1954 (talk) 03:03, 7 April 2024 (UTC)
