Draft:Salma Kilany
Submission declined on 18 April 2024 by KylieTastic (talk). This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.

Salma started her business life as an Arabic teacher. A few years later, she abandoned her profession to start her music career in late 2014. She first began studying and playing Oud at Bait El Oud in Egypt, under the supervision of Nasser Shamma, and in the Cairo Opera House, under the supervision of one of the top Oud musicians in the Middle East, Hazem Shaheen. Salma has performed at many reputable concerts like Bait El Oud High Achievers Ceremony and the International Oud Forum in Fujairah, UAE.
