Sea Island Heritage Society[edit]

The Sea Island Heritage Society is a heritage society in the province of British Columbia, Canada. Its primary mandate is to research and preserve the history of Sea Island, an island located in the estuary of the Fraser River within the City of Richmond located in the province of British Columbia.

The society was established on February 20, 2001. On September 5, 2001, it was registered under the Societies Act, and on March 13, 2002, it was registered as a nonprofit charitable society under the Income Tax Act.[1]

In January 2023, the Society moved into its new home, a classroom in the shuttered Sea Island School on Sea Island.[2]

Its current president is Eunice Robinson.[3]
