Tim Hayden (born 1970) is a British businessman and entrepreneur. He is the founder, CEO and owner of Hagley West, an affordable watch brand. Tim is globally known for his social media presence and ‘Find Tim’ challenges.

Hayden’s goal was to design stylish minimalist watches with an industrial twist, he wanted to ensure affordability without compromising on quality. At 47 years Tim Hayden abandoned his steady income to pursue his passion of creativity. Hayden, an unassuming father of two from England, sold his house in 2018 to put the money into his new wristwatch company. It wasn't that long after this Tim introduced himself to social media, garnering the attention of a large Instagram & TikTok community, predominantly made up of cricketers and watch enthusiasts.

The Company

It started with South African cricketer JP Duminy. He helped promote the brand and also got Hayden in contact with other cricketers. Through the cricketing community Hayden was introduced to Chris Gayle and in 2019, Gayle became a co-founder of Hagley West watches.

Hagley West received record breaking crowdfunding after he started posting to TikTok, something Hayden was first introduced to a few years ago by his then-8-year-old son.

In 2023, Hagley West became the fastest growing watch company in the world selling products to 107 countries.

Tim Hayden is a dedicated individual who has chosen to work closely with the National Autistic Society, a leading organization focused on supporting individuals with autism.

Hayden's commitment to this cause stems from his genuine interest in advocating for individuals on the autism spectrum and providing them with the necessary resources and support to thrive in society. Through his collaboration with the National Autistic Society, Hayden has been able to contribute to the development of programs and initiatives that cater to the unique needs of individuals with autism, ultimately promoting inclusivity and understanding within the community. On the 2nd of April 2024, Hagley West released a Spectrum Colour watch which sold out in 6 minutes. Over £27,600 was raised with all proceeds going directly to the charity.
