The following Wikipedia contributor has declared a personal or professional connection to the subject of this article. Relevant policies and guidelines may include conflict of interest, autobiography, and neutral point of view.
Question: when can the notice at top-of-page be revised regarding neutrality? Specifically this: " ... may require cleanup to comply with Wikipedia's content policies, particularly neutral point of view." The notice seems to suggest that the article is inaccurate, but is that the intent? Cleanup changes to date have been limited, will there be more? What else should be removed or changed before the neutrality notice goes away? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Camo1955 (talk • contribs) 18:53, 11 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
The top notice on the article now says, "A major contributor to this article appears to have a close connection with its subject. It may require cleanup to comply with Wikipedia's content policies, particularly neutral point of view. Please discuss further on the talk page. (February 2020) (Learn how and when to remove this template message)." The second half of this text is misleading.
Therefore, the change request is, "A major contributor to this article appears to have a close connection with its subject." which omits everything following the sentence re: contributor connection.
I checked the article and removed the template. Since you have declared elsewhere that you are the article subject's spouse, do not edit the article directly, or have others do it for you. The way to request edits is to request them here on this page. See Wikipedia:REQUESTEDIT for instructions. You may have gathered by now that spouses directly editing their partner's article is something that we are entirely not interested in. We are not here for personal promotion, and such edits also impact the neutrality of the Wiki. ThatMontrealIP (talk) 00:27, 19 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
