East China Sea Fleet, China Marine Surveillance (Chinese: 中国海监东海总队) is under command of both East China Sea Branch, State Oceanic Administration and China Marine Surveillance.[1]

East China Sea Fleet (CMS)'s headquarters is at . The present commander is Zhang Huirong (Chinese: 张惠荣).[1]

  • 4th Marine Surveillance Flotilla (Chinese: 中国海监第四支队). Homeport: Ningbo, Zhejiang.
