Notes

  • The extensive artwork for Excellent Italian Greyhound was created by Jay Ryan from the band Dianogah and arranged by David Babbit. As well as a greyscale drawing on the outer sleeve, there are several pictures taken by Joel Larson.
  • As with 1000 Hurts, the vinyl pressing of the album includes an unmarked CD version at no extra charge (CD and LP+CD releases are similarly priced). The band encourages listeners to purchase the vinyl to hear the record as it was intended.
  • In the run-out groove, there is a text etching. Side One - "Pronto Prova..." Side Two - "A Isamu Sta Lapa!"
  • Live favourite "Hang On" was initially rumoured to be included on the album but due to the sparse nature of the song the band was unable to record it to their liking.
  • Contrary to rumour, "Killers" did not appear on Excellent Italian Greyhound as it was released several years ago on The Lounge Ax Defense & Relocation Compact Disc benefit compilation CD.
