Fear Itself is a 2015 British documentary film about horror cinema, directed by Charlie Lyne and narrated by Amy E. Watson. The film is constructed entirely from existing films with the exception of its opening and closing sequences.[2]

The film debuted on the BBC iPlayer service in October 2015, becoming the second film to be released on the platform after Bitter Lake. Its festival premiere took place at International Film Festival Rotterdam in January 2016.
