First Presbyterian Church is a historic church at 120 East State Street in Trenton, Mercer County, New Jersey, United States.

It was built in 1727. In 1902 Henry Collin Minton became pastor of the church. The church building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2005.

According to local tradition, Colonel Johann Rall was buried in an unidentified grave in the churchyard of this church",[2][3] with an inscription dedicated to his memory.[4]
