Fred Paoli (born February 18, 1954) was an American rugby union player. He was a prop who played 20 test matches for the USA national rugby union team and never scored a try. His last game was in 1991 against Italy.

Paoli is the current director of the United States Rugby Foundation and is also a trial attorney.[1]
