Gaby (Walliser German: Goobi, Töitschu: Überlann - litt. Upper Land) is a town and comune in the Aosta Valley region of northwestern Italy.

The Italian Sunflower Festival is held there during summer. Gaby is home to the 19th century Sanctuary of Vourry.
