Hans-Johann Färber (born April 20, 1947) is a German rower who competed for West Germany in the 1968 Summer Olympics and in the 1972 Summer Olympics.

He was born in Šljivoševci, Osijek-Baranja County, Socialist Republic of Croatia, Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia.

In 1968 he was a crew member of the West German boat which finished twelfth in the coxed fours event.

Four years later he won the gold medal with the West German boat in the coxed fours competition.

At the 1976 Games he was part of the West German boat which won the bronze medal in the coxed fours event.
