He Yong (Han dynasty)

He Yong was an official who lived during the Eastern Han Dynasty (206–220 CE). He was one of the partisans involved in the Disasters of Partisan Prohibitions incidents in 166CE and 169CE. He was born in Nanyang, but later received his education in Luoyang.
