Higinio Uriarte

José Higinio Uriarte y García del Barrio (1843, Asunción - 1909) was Paraguayan politician.

He was Juan Bautista Gill's Vice President and after his death, he became acting President for the remainder of the four-year-term from April 12, 1877 to November 25, 1878.
