Horní Řepčice (German: Ober Repsch) is a village and municipality (obec) in Litoměřice District in the Ústí nad Labem Region of the Czech Republic.
The municipality covers an area of 2.6 square kilometres (1.0 sq mi), and had a population of 112 (as of 31 December 2007).
Horní Řepčice lies approximately 11 kilometres (7 mi) east of Litoměřice, 19 km (12 mi) south-east of Ústí nad Labem, and 54 km (34 mi) north of Prague.
