Hukam Singh (c. 1925 – 26 February 2015) was an Indian politician; he was Chief Minister of the Indian state of Haryana for a brief time in 1990-91 as member of Janata Dal.

A farmer-turned-trade unionist, Hukam wielded power in his own assembly constituency and birthplace Charkhi Dadri in Bhiwani district. He has been elected from the same seat thrice before 1990. Later he found himself catapulted to the forefront of Haryana politics and thereby the national scene in 1990.

He is born in Harayan and Woking as a politician in Indian lok dal. he was ruling as chief minister 248 days. He died on 26 February 2015 in Gurgaon.[1]
