Inside Llewyn Davis is an upcoming drama film written and directed by Joel and Ethan Coen. The film stars Oscar Isaac, Carey Mulligan, and Justin Timberlake. It tells the story about a singer-songwriter who navigates New York's folk music scene during the 1960s and is loosely based on the memoir The Mayor of MacDougall Street by musician Dave Van Ronk.[1]
Location shooting started in Queens, New York City on February 6, 2012.
Inside Llewyn Davis is currently set to be released sometime in 2013 in the United States and Canada.[citation needed]
