Interpretations: Celebrating the Music of Earth, Wind and Fire is a tribute album to the R&B band Earth, Wind & Fire released upon Stax Records. The album rose to no. 28 upon the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart.[3][1]
Reception
The album was the first to be released on the revived Stax label.[4][5]
The covers of "That's the Way of the World" and "Fantasy" performed by Dwele and Meshell Ndegeocello were Grammy nominated for Best Urban and Alternative Performance respectively. [1]
