Jean-Baptiste Lemoyne (born 15 September 1977) is a French politician and the Secretary of State to the Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs in the Second Philippe Government.

Lemoyne was named Secretary of State to the Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs on 21 June 2017.[1]
