Jiyanpur is an important town and a nagar panchayat in Azamgarh district in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. It lies along National Highway 68.

Geography

Jiyanpur is located at 26°09′N 83°20′E / 26.15°N 83.33°E / 26.15; 83.33.[1] It has an average elevation of 70 metres (229 feet). Notable village comes under Sagari Tahasil is Ramgarh(Isarapar) and school in this village is Sri Hridaya Narayan Singh Judge Smarak Vidyalaya, Manager - Sanjeev Kumar Singh S/O Chandra Dev Singh Founder of School.
