KFC Eleven was a fast casual dining restaurant launched by KFC on August 15, 2013.[1] The name "KFC Eleven" references Colonel Sanders' secret 11 herbs and spices. There was only one KFC Eleven restaurant in the world, located in Louisville, Kentucky, and it closed on April 24, 2015.[2] The concept restaurant offered dishes with grilled or fried chicken as the main ingredient.
