Kherli is a city and a municipality in Alwar district in the Indian state of Rajasthan.kherli mandi is the second largest mandi in Rajasthan.

Kherli town was developed as a market for more the 100 villages of the area. Initially , only grain market (also known as Anaj Mandi in Hindi) was established by some merchants. Later government regularized this market and systematically developed a fully functional Grain Market in more than 500 acres area. All farmer come to this market on a regular/seasonal basis and sell their crops. Eventually ,a local market also grew up where all needful items like clothes, books, automobiles, agriculture and construction related equipment are sold.

Demographics

As of 2011 census of India, Kherli has a population of 17,634.[1]
